Refund policy
UNLOCK does not offer refunds for any service fees or other payments made. All sales are final.
Service Cancellation
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your service at any time through the account settings within the app.
- Billing Cycle: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the app's features and content until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your service will not be renewed, and access will be revoked.
Automatic Renewals
Our Services are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. By not cancelling your service, you authorize us to charge the applicable service fee for the next billing cycle to the payment method on file.
Account Management
- Updating Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that your account information and payment details are accurate and up to date.
Plan Changes
- Upgrading from Monthly to Annual Plans: When upgrading your plan from monthly to annual, the upgrade will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
- Downgrading from Annual to Monthly Plans: When downgrading your plan from annual to monthly, the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy all benefits of your annual plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
Also note that all sales of the 44 Meditation Bundle or any other course, masterclass, workshop etc are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review all details before purchasing.
